Paella Challenge in Malaga & Marbella
The Paella Challenge in Malaga & Marbella is a great way to enjoy one of Spain’s most famous dishes, whilst enjoying a relaxing day on the Costa del Sol.
Located in the private gardens of the Chef’s villa or at a wonderful beach club with swimming pool, sunbeds and stunning views over “La Concha” mountain range, it makes for the perfect team bonding event. This event can be incorporated as both a cooking course or a competitive team event, and adapted to your company’s needs.
Beginning with a welcome briefing and welcome Sangria, participants will be broken up into groups and then begin a 2-hour Paella cooking course, under the tutelage of an experienced chef. During breaks in the cooking process, waiting for the stock and rice to cook, participants will be served a starter so they don’t go hungry (Gazpacho, hams and cheeses, traditional salads, etc). Once the Paella is ready, then everyone can sit down in the private garden and enjoy their own delicious masterpiece, accompanied by beer, wine, water or soft drinks and followed by dessert.
